- Orders become binding when payment is accepted by our payment processor and we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or lack of inventory, and will notify you if we cancel an order.
Production & Delivery
- Many tokyofancy products are produced on demand. Production and shipping timelines are provided on product pages and our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated times are not guarantees; delays may occur for reasons outside our control.
Pricing & Taxes
- Prices displayed are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout for U.S. orders shipped to taxable jurisdictions.
Payments & Authorization
- You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that billing information is true and accurate. We may use third-party services to process payments and verify transactions.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Our Return & Refund policy describes eligibility and procedures for returns and refunds. For POD items, returns may be limited to defective or incorrect items.
