Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping Costs & Duties
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen method.
- For international orders, recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact service@tokyofancy.com with your order number and shipping address. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
- If items arrive damaged, keep the packaging and take photos of the damage. Contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can evaluate for replacement or refund.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
- Please confirm shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order or for a refund minus original shipping and return shipping costs.
