Processing Times

NOTE: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Time

• Total Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
• All the shipping time caculated are base on the USPS delivery service.
• All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow the status of your delivery.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

• We offer multiple domestic shipping options (Standard, Expedited). Available carriers and services are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.
• Expedited shipping shortens transit time but does not reduce production/processing time.

Shipping Costs & Duties

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen method.
• For international orders, recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact service@tokyofancy.com with your order number and shipping address. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
• If items arrive damaged, keep the packaging and take photos of the damage. Contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can evaluate for replacement or refund.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

• Please confirm shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order or for a refund minus original shipping and return shipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

• Certain products, promotions, or shipping destinations may be restricted. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse shipment to certain locations.
